Review and Tasting

Sampled on 22/03/2018

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Thyme, nutmeg and piney juniper lead a well-integrated nose with zesty citrus and herbal complexity.

Taste:

Dry, juniper-led and well-balanced with flavoursome herbal, spice and zesty citrus notes presented harmoniously.

Aftertaste:

The long dry juniper finish has surprisingly subtle spice with herbal and mace notes.

Overall:

This is a big, powerful, dry juniper forward gin, but with its herbal, spice and zesty citrus flavours presented in so harmoniously that it remains a sipping gin.
