Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Wonderfully aromatic. Reminiscent of walking into a greenhouse filled with tomato plants with a light dusting of spice.

Taste:

Herbal and spicy with a delicate touch of invigorating chili heat.

Aftertaste:

Assertive spice lingers with light sail and tomato led herbal notes.

Overall:

Sampled neat, chili heat perhaps overly masks more delicate herbal and vegetal notes but this is not the case when served long, over ice with tonic water (ideally Light Mediterranean Tonic Water). A pleasing alternative to a G&T.
