Review and Tasting

Sampled on 21/01/2011

Aroma

Oak aged old cider with hints of vanilla, sherry and linseed.

Taste

Spicy palate with rich malty bready notes yet soft and mellow, smoothed by a slight oilyness.

Aftertaste

Malty, lightly spiced, dry and slightly bitter with a hint of menthol. You'll want another sip to recapture the flavoursome contrastingly sweet palate.
