This flagship rum from Richard Seale is easily recognisable due to its distinctive dark asymmetrical bottle adorned with a gold coin. A blend of pot and column still rums vatted before and after aging in ex-bourbon casks with additional maturation in ex-madeira casks and French oak ex-brandy casks.

Appearance:

Clear, honey gold but with tiny dark particles in suspension.

Aroma:

Spicy cooked red apple with vanilla, raw pastry, thyme and old oak wardrobe.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, warm spicy (cinnamon, nutmeg) cidery roasted apple and caramel.

Aftertaste:

Woody toffee apple, creamy vanilla and milk chocolate with lingering spice
