Review and Tasting

Sampled on 16/01/2023

Appearance:

Crystal clear and effervescent.

Aroma:

Zesty ruby red grapefruit and quinine with delicate floral elderflower.

Taste:

Zesty grapefruit dominates the more subtle elderflower which presents with violet notes.

Aftertaste:

Dry quinine and grapefruit.

Overall:

Perhaps best described as a grapefruit tonic with elderflower adding pleasing floral complexity in very much a supporting role.
