Made sloe berries which grow wild in the hillsides surrounding the Artomaña Valley vineyards, home of Arabako Txakolina which are macerated in neutral grape alcohol.
Separately, star anise, aniseed, and coriander are stepped in neutral alcohol and the two infusions are blended with sugar, alcohol and water to create Pacharán Sierra de Orduña.
