Poachers Classic Tonic water is made with a blend of Irish spring water, natural quinine, lemon, hibiscus and hand-picked Irish Thyme.

Poachers Classic Tonic is designed to pair with gins, particularly more
juniper-forward gins.

Ingredients
Carbonated Irish spring water, sugar, acid: citric acid, flavouring: quinine, natural flavours and Irish thyme
extract.

Appearance:

Crystal clear with rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Subtle zesty lemon, minerally (pavement after rain) quinine, and fant thyme.

Taste:

Complex and interesting, with quinine notes toned down to allow delicate herbal lemon notes to shine. Moderate carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Delicately herbal quinine with subtle lemon notes.

Overall:

This tonic water is labelled as "Classic" but arguably has a more interesting palate than is typical of more traditional tonic waters.
