Appearance:

Clear, deep rust/copper.

Aroma:

Stewed strawberries and strawberry jam with almost dairy cream and faint eucalyptus notes.

Taste:

Strawberry jelly, confected strawberry and strawberry coulis with vanilla (essence) with a clean, balanced mouth-feel.

Aftertaste:

A tannic-like acidity emerges and balances out the sweetness.
