Distilled using pomace of Nebbiolo grapes from Barolo and aged for 30 years in oak casks of undisclosed woods (458 bottles from cask 251 and 482 bottles from cask 1216). Each bottle is hand-numbered and presented in a walnut box.

Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber with burnished copper glints.

Aroma:

Toasty almond croissant, crème anglaise and brioche with brazil nut, crème caramel, floral honey and chamois leather.

Taste:

Woody grapes, baked apple and toasty oak with vanilla, almond, walnut, liquorice and nutmeg spice. Don’t water down. Sip at full strength with water on the side.

Aftertaste:

Liquorice, eucalyptus and cherry emerge in the long finish.
