Distilled from the pomace of amarone della Valpolicella, produced from hand-picked, loft dried Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes. The distillate is aged for 12 months in small oak casks before being diluted with distilled water and then chill filtered at -10°C.

Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Lightly woody with linseed oil and underlying grape fruit. Very delicate cinnamon and nutmeg spice.

Taste:

Dry spicy oak is smoothed by oily notes and sweet biscuity caramel.

Aftertaste:

Sweet nutmeg spice emerges in the oaky finish.
