This Californian vodka is grain to bottle artisan distilled on the premises by a husband and wife distillers. In the site of a forma apple processing plant they turn red winter wheat from Sacramento, California into vodka using an 800 little Carl hybrid still.
The first distillation is on the grain straight from pot to condenser producing low wines around 40% alc./vol.. In the second run the pot feeds a 21 plate rectification column producing a distillate at 95% alc./vol. which is rested, carbon filtered and then chill filtered prior to bottling.

Appearance:
(batch 001-V) Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Clean with notes of cereal, white chocolate, vanilla and cashew nuts.
Taste:
Slight sweet with a soft mouthfeel. Notes of nuts, vanilla and white chocolate.
Aftertaste:
Lingering hints of vanilla and white chocolate. Slightly raw, soft and flavoursome.
