Review and Tasting

Sampled on 11/09/2014

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Stewed fruit with toasted nutty linseed oil and waxed leather with green tea, creamy peach/orchard fruit and light smoke.

Taste:

Black tea going to green tea with shredded wheat, clove/black pepper spice and smoked chocolate. This is fragile, go easy with the water, but reveals waxy pineapple and peachy fruit.

Aftertaste:

Toasty, smoky and cinnamon spiced.
