History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2018 by Adam Gorski, bar manager at Young Joni bar in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. A riff on a classic El Presidente, this cocktail is eponymously named after the former Minnesota senator and 42nd Vice President.
