Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
14 oz Applejack brandy bottled-in-bond (50% alc./vol)
34 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Review:

Orange juice is only the second biggest ingredient to sherry so perhaps not as good for you as the name might suggest. However, this is darn sight tastier than most other vitamin 'drinks'.
