How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 2/3 fl oz | Savoia Americano Rosso |
2/3 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Matteo Carretta at Claridge's Hotel in London, England. Matteo's original recipe calls for 10ml acacia honey and xanthan gum syrup in place of the honey syrup I've used.
