How to make:
POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass. Stir and serve with straws.
|2 fl oz||Anise liqueur|
|3 fl oz||Cranberry juice (sweetened)|
|2 fl oz||Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)|
A Seabreeze based on anise rather than vodka, benefitting from aniseed depth and sweetness.
Created in 2000 by Simon Difford at the Light Bar, London, England (hence the name).
