Martini glass...
7 fresh Mint leaves
2 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
¼ fl oz Lejay Curacao Bleu
fl oz Lychee syrup (from tinned fruit)
¼ fl oz Giffard Grenadine Syrup

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Mint leaf

Comment:

This violet coloured drink may have an unlikely list of ingredients, but definitely tastes great.
