How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY shake (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Monkey 47 Experimentum Series 2y06 Gin|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)|
|1/6 fl oz||Liquore Strega|
|1/2 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white (or aquafaba)|
Inspired by the witch on a broomstick on the label of Monkey 47's mint sauce and honey edition (Strega is Italian for witch) and named with a thought to British pub names.
