How to make:
Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of glass. Add next four ingredients, half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir). Fill glass to brim with more crushed ice and churn some more. TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.

1 1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
