2 | fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum (37.5%) |
½ | fl oz | Melon liqueur |
½ | fl oz | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
⅛ | fl oz | Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
How to make: |
Cut melon into 8 segments and deseed. Cut cubes of flesh from skin of one segment and MUDDLE in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. |
