How to make:
MUDDLE ginger and coriander in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
10 fresh | Coriander/Cilantro leaves |
1 1/2 fl oz | Ketel One Citroen Vodka |
1/2 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
1 fl oz | Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened) |

Each sip is fruity, lemon fresh and followed by a hot ginger hit.
