How to make:
SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.
1 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Giffard Abricot du Roussillon liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Apricot (abricot) eau-de-vie |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix) |
3 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
1 fl oz | Brut champagne or sparkling wine |
