How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) (infused with vanilla) |
1 fl oz | Sauvignon blanc wine |
1 1/4 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
