Orange zest twist (discarded & replaced with apricot wedge when in season)
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Rutte Dry Gin|
|3/4 fl oz||Giffard Abricot du Roussillon liqueur|
|3/4 fl oz||Orange juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2 dash||Orange Bitters by Angostura|
This gin-based cocktail elegantly highlights the quality of your apricot liqueur. Off-dry rather than sweet.
With the addition of 5ml lemon juice to add balance.
