1 fl oz Bacardi Carta Negra
½ fl oz Verdelho madeira (medium dry) 10 year old
1 fresh Eggs (white & yolk)
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Single cream / half-and-half
½ fl oz Milk

How to make:

Vigorously SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Dust with grated nutmeg
