I discovered this when leafing through the printed Guide in search of new raspberry cocktails. It's a fascinating alternative to the popular Espresso Martini - the vodka here being raspberry! The coffee, raspberry and chocolate combination works fantastically well. It's one I have made several times during the lockdowns whether with the Giffard or Chambord. The designated measures seem ideal, and this is a drink I am always happy to return to.
