Review:
An orangey riff on a classic Perfect Manhattan.
History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2000 by Wayne Collins at High Holborn, London, England. Originally Wayne used different whiskies to represent each of the Rat Pack crooners, with the Grand Marnier rinse to honor Sammy Davis, who he described as "the wild card of the bunch."
