SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1/2 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
1 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Chilled water (omit if wet ice) |

Variant:
With gin in place of rum this becomes Seventh Heaven No.2.

Named for Constatino Ribalaigua, who introduced Hemingway to the Daiquiri at El Floridita, Havana, Cuba.
