Serve in

Collins (small 8oz) glass...
2 fl oz Brandy, whisk(e)y, gin, rum etc.
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
½ fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white
Top up with Soda from siphon

How to make:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass (no ice). TOP with soda from siphon.

I prefer my fizzes with the addition of egg white. Why not try a Derby Fizz, which combines spirits and liqueurs?


Omit the egg white and this is a mere fizz.
