Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
7.5 ml Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe
7.5 ml Absolut Citron
15 ml Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
0.2 ml Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters
0.2 ml Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1 twist Lime zest (peel)
