I agree with the other comments that mentioned the fruit flavors are a little underwhelming. I ended up doing like 40 or 50 ml passion fruit and 45 ml pineapple, I think. Still not overly sweet imo, featuring the passion fruit with a little pineapple thrown into the mix. Almost too much liquid for a coupe so might need to figure out how to adjust all ingredients appropriately. Definitely worth playing around with the ratio on this one though.

As others have mentioned, tastier when you up the passion fruit liqueur by 1.5x and pineapple juice by 1.5x and reduce vodka by 1.5x for example. Good and simple drink anyways, would recommend!

Ok, but not such a fruity punch as I would have liked.

Very pleased to discover several cocktails offered by The Guide deploying Passoã in alternatives to the popular Pornstar Martini. Many require grapefruit or cranberry juice, but this one asks for pineapple juice. It's essentially a no-nonsense, slam-on-the-bar, fruit-tinctured vodka. I tried this also with 60 ml juice, 50 ml Passoã and a dash of lime juice and enjoyed the fuller fruitiness as a less laconic alternative.

Thanks, David. I'm on the lookout for more Passoã cocktails so I'd be grateful if you have any suggestions.

Definitely needs more fruit in it. The vodka overwhelms everything else
