2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka (infused with vanilla)
1 fl oz Gabriel Boudier Dark Creme de Cacao
fl oz Cranberry juice

How to make:

1. To make a great tasting Triple 'C' Cocktail you’ll first need to flavour your vodka with a vanilla pod. Simply cut the vanilla pod lengthways to expose the flavoursome seeds inside and drop the whole vanilla pod into your bottle of vodka. Reseal and shake bottle several times a day for at least two days, preferably a week.

2. To make your cocktail, SHAKE your vanilla infused vodka and other ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Chocolate powder rim

Comment:

Rich vanilla, dark chocolate and cranberry juice. Indulgent and best after dinner.

About:

Created in 2001 by yours truly (Simon Difford) and originally called the Chocolate Covered Cranberry Martini - every drink in V-shaped glass was called a 'Martini' in those days.
