1 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1 fl oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
¼ fl oz Campari Bitter
fl oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist

Comment:

This aperitif cocktail has a trio of orange flavours with the bitter orange of Campari adding character and balance.
