2 fl oz Bacardi Ocho Anos
¾ fl oz Martini Rosso vermouth
fl oz Pressed apple juice
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Dust with cinnamon powder (sprinkled through flame)

Comment:

The rich flavour of the aged rum marries well with apple and lime juice.
