Serve in

Sling glass...
fl oz White overproof rum
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
¼ fl oz Giffard Grenadine Syrup
Top up with Soda (club soda)

How to make:

SHAKE first five ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and serve with straws.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Comment:

Salmon-pink in colour and heavily influenced by the flavoursome overproof rum.
