fl oz Ketel One Vodka
½ fl oz Triple sec liqueur
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 fl oz Pressed apple juice
fl oz Giffard Orgeat Syrup

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Apple slice

Comment:

This vodka-based cocktail has flavours of apple, lemon, orange and almond.

About:

Created in 2001 by Julien Escot at Langdon Hall Hotel, Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. Named in homage to George Balabushka, the legendary billiards cue maker.
