Serve in a Coupe glass
30 ml | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
20 ml | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
7.5 ml | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
7.5 ml | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
0.6 ml | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
0.2 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
7.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
