Serve in

Martini glass...
1 fresh Coriander (cilantro) leaves
1 fl oz Chartreuse Verte (Green Chartreuse)
¼ fl oz La Fee Parisienne absinthe
fl oz Berentzen Apple Schnapps
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 fl oz Pressed apple juice
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Chilled water (omit if wet ice)

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE coriander in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Coriander leaf

Comment:

Bright green and intensely flavoured but considering it is flavoured with absinthe and chartreuse, it is surprisingly subtle.
