How to make:
SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with champagne/sparkling wine and briefly stir.

| 3/4 fl oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Grapefruit juice (ruby red) |
| 3 fl oz | Brut champagne or sparkling wine |
