Grapefruit zest twist &/or edible white flowers
How to make:
SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with champagne/sparkling wine and briefly stir.
|1/2 fl oz||Patrón Reposado tequila|
|3/4 fl oz||St-Germain elderflower liqueur|
|1 fl oz||Grapefruit juice (ruby red)|
|3 fl oz||Brut Champagne|
Subtle, fruity and one of my favourite champagne/sparkling wine cocktails.
