How to make:

STIR honey with rum until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

1 2/3 fl oz Jamaican-style overproof aged pot still rum
1 fl oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
2/3 fl oz Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
