How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 spoon Honey sugar syrup
1 12 fl oz Cognac
1 12 fl oz Old Krupnik
34 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Created in 2008 by Tim Homewood, Dirty Martini Bar, London, England. Named after an old family friend who passed away. He was known to all of his children as 'daddy bear' so Papa Bear seemed appropriate.
