2 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
½ fl oz Campari Bitter
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
½ fl oz AquaRiva agave syrup

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Grapefruit zest twist

Comment:

The same colour as red sky at night. Bitter sweet, Negroni-like and a favourite with shepherd's.

About:

Created in 2008 by Andrew Coyle at Montpeliers Group, Edinburgh, Scotland. The name literally translates from Spanish as 'Santiago at Dusk'.
