How to make:
BLEND first 5 ingredients with 4oz scoop of crushed ice and pour into an old-fashioned glass. POUR Jamaican rum into shot glass and serve alongside drink, instructing drinker to pour rum into cocktail prior to sipping (without straw).

1/2 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1/6 fl oz | Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries |
1 fl oz | Jamaican aged blended rum with funk |

This cocktail should be blended so the ice is dissolved to chill and dilute the drink which should end up with a long-lasting frothy head.
