Old-fashioned glass...
½ slice Red bell pepper
3 fresh Basil leaves (thai)
2 fl oz Bacardi Ocho Anos
½ fresh Coconut water
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ sprig Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

MUDDLE pepper in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Red pepper slice
