1/2 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Monin Passion Fruit Syrup |
1/4 fl oz | Monin Grenadine Syrup |
2 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of sugar crusted rim & thick lemon zest twist.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:
Created in 2006 by Gregor de Gruyther at Ronnie Scott's, London, England. It is "quite a light Crusta", hence the name.
