Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
16 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Had no idea this would taste as distinct and stridently boozy as it did. But I should've guessed... The Ango, and even the grapefruit, are quite discernible. Hmm... I'll have to play with the specs slightly... Stiff brunch drink. (16 Jan 2024, 6:43p)
