How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|2 fl oz||Bourbon whiskey|
|1/2 fl oz||Noilly Prat Extra Dry|
|1/2 fl oz||Martini Rosso sweet vermouth|
|1/3 fl oz||Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)|
|1 dash||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|
A berry fruity riff on a Perfect Manhattan
Named after the logo of Quo Vadis in London, where yours truly is a regular and in December 2009 asked Emma Ramos to make this drink for Charlotte Ashburner, then Chambord's UK Brand Manager. That original recipe was 60ml bourbon, 30ml dry vermouth, 15ml black raspberry liqueur, and 1 dash bitters, but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
