2 fl oz Rutte Old Simon Genever
¼ fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
¼ spoon La Fee Parisienne absinthe
½ spoon Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Chilled water

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist

Comment:

Salmon-pink with subtle juniper, rounded by maraschino liqueur, Angostura bitters and absinthe.

About:

The classic Holland House “improved” due to the use of genever. This version promoted by the House of Bols also has a hint of absinthe and Angostura bitters.
