Ingredients:
2 oz Oude genever
12 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
12 oz Amaro (e.g. Ramazzotti)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.

Fabulous digestive. Had it after a heavy supper and it was perfect. Great orange, herbal flavour and a little spirit forward.

Potent and boozy. Try it with an ice cube. Quite nice.
