How to make:
MUDDLE celery in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1/2 fl oz||Celery juice (freshly extracted)|
|2 fl oz||Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)|
|2/3 fl oz||Strucchi Bianco Vermouth|
|1/3 fl oz||Fino sherry|
|1/6 fl oz||Fiorente Elderflower liqueur|
